How we work
Four steps, and you're kept updated at every one.
A remodel is a big thing to trust someone with. Here's exactly how a project runs with Metanoia Contracting — who does what at each stage, and what you get back — so there are no unknowns before you pick up the phone.
01
Free walkthrough & estimate
Taylor comes out, looks at the space properly and talks through what you want — kitchen, bath, porch, deck, basement or addition — with honest advice on what will and won't work, plus a written estimate.
What you get at this stage
A free walkthrough from Taylor, an honest read on what your space can take, and a written estimate.
02
Drawings, plans & approvals
You get a clear scope and timeline before work starts, with drawings and plans prepared for HOA and permit approval where a project needs them — Taylor handles the paperwork, laying out the pros, cons and costs of each option upfront.
What you get at this stage
A defined scope, a timeline, and drawings and plans prepared for HOA and permit approval, so you know what’s included before work starts.
03
The build — kept in the loop
Taylor and the crew carry the work through, keeping you updated every step and protecting your floors and walls as they go. As one client put it, "he kept us in the loop every step of the way and the whole process was seamless."
What you get at this stage
Regular updates through the build — you stay in the loop, no chasing us for a status.
04
A clean, checked finish
The site is left clean and tidy, and nothing is called finished until the detail is right. The final walk-through meets the standard our reviews describe — "one of the most beautiful pieces of construction I've ever seen."
What you get at this stage
A finished project checked at the final walk-through, and a site left clean and tidy.
