Taylor comes out, looks at the space properly and talks through what you want — kitchen, bath, porch, deck, basement or addition — with honest advice on what will and won't work, plus a written estimate.

Drawings, plans & approvals
You get a clear scope and timeline before work starts, with drawings and plans prepared for HOA and permit approval where a project needs them — Taylor handles the paperwork, laying out the pros, cons and costs of each option upfront.

The build — kept in the loop
